World Wide Technology highlights its ten year partnership with E. T. Superior Services

Ten years ago, WWT began a partnership with E.T. Superior Services (ETSS), a small, St. Louis-based facility services company, to clean its 50,000 square foot Maryland Heights, Missouri headquarters. Today, ETSS provides janitorial services for several of WWT’s St. Louis area locations totaling more than 2,000,000 square feet.

ETSS credits much of their success to David L. Steward, Founder and Chairman of WWT, for giving their small minority-owned company the opportunity to service WWT. In a recent interview, Steward said, “Businesses come and go, but winning companies seem to have certain things in common that I believe are essential for success.” Steward looks to support businesses with determination and a drive for success, the same qualities he embodies in his everyday business life.

As a way to pay it forward, ETSS has created a program to assist parents with tuition shortfalls. ETSS will hire and train eligible parents of students to provide facility management services for St. Louis private schools. This program will not only provide parents with a competitive salary, but also increases enrollment and advanced educational opportunities for students.

Our partnership with ETSS reflects WWT’s Corporate Development Program designed to provide partnerships and mentoring opportunities to diverse companies, with a goal of increasing our diversity spend year over year. We select qualified companies that have diversity classifications such as minority, woman, disabled veteran, HUBZone, 8a (and others) to become WWT suppliers in support of our new and existing contracts.

About ETSS: E.T. Superior Services (ETSS) began in 2000 and today is a full service commercial facilities management company serving customers in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Texas.
