WWT was contracted by Dell to provide a turn-key solution for the configuration and delivery of 10,000 Lexmark printers to a large aerospace firm in support of a recently awarded managed print solution. WWT not only managed the basics of procuring, delivering and providing installation and day-to-day management of thousands of printers spread across the Firm’s North American operations, but also provided customized IT print infrastructure services to ensure asset optimization and business continuity.

ARMY PM DCATS
PM DCATS needed end-to-end logistics support to successfully deploy a critical DoD Teleport System.  WWT helped PM DCATS meet all of the project’s technical requirements and key deadlines.  WWT made sure that all equipment was up and working and all end users were fully trained to troubleshoot new equipment.

The hi-tech manufacturer was looking to source their Sun equipment through a VAR with on-line order tracking and reporting capabilities. WWT, through master distributor GE Access, provides dedicated inventory along with web-based management tools covering every part of the logistics process. The Client realizes improved product availability, while web-based tools provide increased order visibility, improved tracking of spend and a multitude of operational efficiencies.

Microsoft was looking for a way to greatly simplify their process for ordering peripherals, while reducing procurement costs. WWT created a fully integrated ordering process that combines Microsoft’s MS Market and eBis with WWT’s highly automated procurement system. WWT provides Microsoft with a single source for a substantial variety of hardware, greatly simplifying the fulfillment process while reducing cost to Microsoft.
