WWT's philanthropic contribution decisions are based on the merits of individual projects and organizations. We are most attracted to high-quality, effective, goal-oriented organizations and projects that benefit and support family services and the youth of our community, bring together diverse groups with common concerns, improve education, build new approaches and address human needs and services.
WWT's commitment to the community and its diversity is an important part of our corporate culture. We have robust recruiting efforts that include partnering with minority-owned firms and finding qualified candidates, utilizing the resources of professional minority-owned organizations and historically black colleges.
