WHAT GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS ARE COVERED BY THE WWT/CSC VAR AGREEMENT?
The WWT/CSC VAR contract is a North American agreement. WWT can provide desktops, laptops, servers, and related peripherals to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
WHAT ONLINE SERVICES DOES WWT PROVIDE?
WWT offers a variety of web-enabled, self-service applications. The WWT E-Procurement System is a fully-functional, secure, on-line ordering system. This system allows you to view product and pricing information, request quotes for items not found on the store, and place orders using a PO number or credit card. In order to view the correct products and pricing, you must enter a Partner Code during the registration process. If you do not know your Partner Code, please contact the sales department at 1-888-727-8642 or cscsales@wwt.com. Click here to establish an Estore account.
WWT also provides an Order Tracking Agent (OTA). This tool provides a complete view into your order history, including shipment and tracking information. For document and information sharing, WWT provides extranets to CSC. These web sites house custom reports developed to meet your needs. You will be provided access to these applications with your E-Procurement account.

HOW DO I REQUEST A QUOTE FROM WWT?
Through the WWT E-Procurement System, you can search for items by part number, manufacturer, description or category in order to find pricing information. If you cannot find the requested item, create a new shopping cart and choose 'Request for Quote' and 'Enter Product IDs'. Enter the part number, description, manufacturer, and quantity. Submit the request and you will be notified via email when WWT responds to the RFQ.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH WWT?
WWT accepts orders through the WWT E-Procurement System. Click here to register and log on to the CSC eStore. Orders placed here are automated through our internal systems and offer quicker, more accurate delivery. The status of these orders can also be monitored from the WWT E-Procurement System.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER TO WWT?
Pre-authorized returns of unused merchandise will be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns must comply with our Official Return Policy. Please visit http://www.wwt.com/orderstat/index.jsp to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. There is a link to this application on your WWT E-Procurment System homepage, listed under Commerce Tasks. Find and view the order that you would like to return. Click on 'View Shipped Line Items' and 'Submit Return Request'. If your request is approved, you will be notified via email of your RMA Number and shipping instructions. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with any certifications, instructions, etc.
- A RMA number must be obtained before acceptance of any returned merchandise.
- You will be informed where to send your merchandise.
- Write the RMA number on your packing slip and include the packing slip with your return.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box or envelope to be returned.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Any claims or discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please notify Customer Service at 1-888-727-8642 to make arrangements to correct your order.
